I had the wonderful opportunity of hosting EMPATHY ROCKS at my home this year, and the event was a fantastic success and a blast!
We had some of Hollywood’s most talented come by, including: Ambassador Nicole Avant, who was honored with the Peace Award; Pretty Little Liar’s Shay Mitchell, who was honored with the Global Citizen Award; the cast of Teen Wolf, who received the Cast of Heroes Award; and actress-singer Zendaya, who received the Empathy Rockstar Award.
EMPATHY ROCKS is an annual fundraiser from Children Mending Hearts, an organization that empowers children worldwide to find and use their voices through creative expression. Proceeds from EMPATHY ROCKS will go towards providing educational programs teaching the importance of empathy and global citizenry to at-risk kids.
